Michael Chatas

Fulfilling the role as president and co-founder is Michael Chatas. Mike has extensive management and sales experience in both banking and software industries. His expertise in stimulating sales growth and management for both start-up operations and established companies will be a tremendous asset as United Structured Finance Company moves beyond its infancy stage.

Prior to launching USFC, Mike served as vice president of business banking at KeyBank NA, where he was a leading producer in their business banking unit. In his career, he has held executive positions at Verity Software, 360 Services, and Bank One (formerly NBD).

He holds a masters of business administration in marketing from the University of Notre Dame, and a bachelor of arts in economics from Bucknell University. Mike is the treasurer on the board of directors at the Ann Arbor YMCA. He resides in Ann Arbor with his wife, Kristin, and their two children.
